    Question Boil pasta in Evian?

Does anyone know if it's okay to make pasta in normal tap water? I definately feel much better when drinking Evian (which I now always drink), so should I be boiling pasta in Evian as well? I guess what I'm wondering is how much water is absorbed in pasta when cooked. Or perhaps I should just rinse the pasta in Evian? Or is there another way to make pasta without water (I'm 20, I have no idea how to cook most things). This sounds like a ridiculous question, but I am seriously wondering!

I usually use filtered water for pasta. If I'm in a flare, though, I go Evian!

What junk food can you eat? Like, potatoe chips? I went to the store yesterday- and everything has some of the bad ingredients! I have been in pain for 3 weeks- no relief yet- My doc only has me on the elmiron....dying here....trying everything.

Also...what pain meds work to take? I need to suggest to him something..the over the counter stuff you can buy (azo, etc.) does nothing...

I eat Lays baked potato chips, fritos, Target brand archer farms rosemary and oil chips, air popped popcorn and Snyders pretzels.

Also, what are some low-acid juices? I found an all natural apple juice...no preservatives...drank some this morning, but its hard to tell-- since the pain is so constant.....

    Hotchick:

Check out the two links below. Sticking to the IC diet is critical in the begining. Drink lots of bottled water too.

    Good luck.
