This Works!
I was having symptoms of IC for over a week and I really believe I have it. The ONLY thing that seemed to help me was Pyridium (to some point) But If I keep drinking a bottle of water every 4 hours or so (so that my pee is almost perfectly clear) I dont have a problem at all with the urethral burning. (My only symptom.)

Sounds like acidic urine is your biggest problem. Diet, calcium, and ant acids may help too. So glad you found something that really helps you! Congrats!
