I'm not familiar with it, but, if you have not gotten any responses by tomorrow (Monday) afternoon, I will check with some urology texts in our library (I work in a medical school) and get back to you. K?

I did find this by doing a search...don't know if it's helpful to you or not.

Rare bacterial causes of UTIs include ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis, which are generally harmless organisms.

Thanks Terri, I have done some search myself on the net but might have to ask the doctor for more info next time I see her.

    How are you doing?

I have not found much information yet; pretty much what the website listed above says... definitely ask your doctor about this one. I am sure she'll explain this in more detail.

    Thanks Jen,
I can see from your medical history that you are suffering from asthma and migraines, which is similar to me. Do you have to be careful when you are prescribed new antibiotics? I don't know much about antibiotics.
