From there I found a lot of very informative links. If not for this site and the ICA, I may never have realized that what I have is fairly common and there are treatments and self help stragtegies that really help. I no longer feel so "different" or embarrased. I am a text-book case, but just knowing what I am dealing with (finally) is a great relief!
