Quick Breakfast??

Hi I was wondering if anyone could teel me something that is IC friendly for a quick breakfast.

I don't have time to make eggs or oatmeal. I use to eat nutra grain bars or poptarts. But I am afraid to try them now. Anyone one have any suggestions?

I eat Kashi cereal

I have found that I grab a bowl of cereal too, I get the Frosted Mini-Wheats, and I also buy the old-fashioned oatmeal in the cardboard round container, and microwave it, it's pretty fast that way! I have also been known to scramble up some eggs with Monterey Jack the night before, then warm them up in the microwave wrapped up in an IC friendly tortilla the next morning! Makes a quick fairly healthy breakfast, and it's portable!

I found cereal, or toast w/butter for a quick breakfast. LOL as gross as it sounds I mostly eat raw spinach in the a.m. At least I know I am gettin some veggies in that way lol.

I usually eat half a white bagel and a little low fat cream cheese. (or sometimes a lot of not so low fat cream cheese!!). Or, I'll have kashi cereal with Almond milk.

I grab a bollio (a bready-roll), put some apple juice in a water bottle, and eat a handful of nuts.
