((((((((((Cindy))))))))))
I think we all need breaks now and then. You know that I am just a phone call away, and you bet I will be calling you everyday until I can scrap enough money together to make that 8 hour drive to your house. Take all the time you need, you are a big support and we will all miss you around here.
Love ya and huggies,
JessMommy to 2 crazy, wonderful kids and wife to the most amazing man in the world!

I totally understand about needing time for yourself. Its not something that I get very often. Unless of course its 2am and everyone else is sleeping. So do what you need to do. Take whatever time you need. Jess is right that we will miss you around here.

Diagnosed August 2001
Current IC meds: Elmiron (since 2001), Levaquin (one pill after intercourse to prevent UTIs), Effexor (for depression & anxiety)
Past IC meds: Amitriptyline (Elavil), Hydroxyzine (Vistaril), Detrol LA, Lexapro (for depression & anxiety, but also helped my IC) (They all helped, but I was able to discontinue them.)
My IC story: http://www.ic-network.com/patientstories/kim.html It's very outdated now. I've been virtually symptom free and able to eat & drink whatever I'd like for about 8 years now.

Hey all,
Brat wanted me to tell you thanks for understanding. She's gonna be spending a lot of time with her daughter and hubby, and working on some hobbies, but will miss you all.
She said she'll pop in from time to time and really thanks you all for understanding!
Hugs,
JessMommy to 2 crazy, wonderful kids and wife to the most amazing man in the world!

Cindy,
I agree, this PC can take over your life quickly. Since I have been down and sick I actually haven't missed being on here. Except for Im'ing one special friend who I am sure you can understand.

Thank-You for your understanding I still need time... My life is being run by IC an pain, It hurts to sit here. Our weather hasn't seen an above 18 and the wind chill factor hasn't gotten above 12 in weeks and it has killed my fibro and myofascial pain syndrom. so I am taking pain pills sleeping and hugging the almighty heating pad..
