I tried them once (in what is known as the "before IC" years), and I didn't particularly like them. Just didn't taste like a tomato. I think the yellow ones are supposed to be less acidic, because my aunt has alot of stomach problems, and that's the only kind she can eat, so they may be ok for IC'ers too. If you decide to try, let us know the outcome. I may have to give them another chance.

I can eat yellow ones. I can even eat red ones in moderation and with Prelief. I have more trouble with things like MSG, nitrates, artificial sweeteners... and things like citrus fruit and cranberry.
Just goes to show we are all different!!!****

i have bought yellow tomato plants (can't remember the variety) and Arkansas Travele red plants--both are low acid--to grow my own this year. Supposed to be quite tasty; going to another Herb Festival this weekend to see what else i can find.
