    Anyone else on Weight Watchers?

I recently rejoined weight watchers and was wondering if anyone else was on the program? Five years ago I joined and lost 30 pounds but since November I have managed to regain 12 of those hard earned pounds back. I have not been exercising and seem to eat more then usual. What modifications have any of you made? Fruit use to be a staple of my diet but I find that almost all fruits cause a terrible flare. Unfortunately I also found the french fries, potato chips and most candy does not. Seems I have been craving comfort food to help me deal with inital diagnosis! I have restarted exercising, just small thirty minutes a day of low inpact or walking exercise, and crossing my fingers that this does not cause a flare up. Just wondering if anyone else was in the WW boat and we might band together for support and encouragement.

Weight Watchers can be a good alternative for ICers. You can adapt your diet to avoid trigger foods.

I've been on WW for about 4 months. So slooow losing & I finally gave up after losing 11 lbs. I too crave comfort foods that don't bother my IC. *sigh* I just can't seem to win this weight thing. Hugs, Kathi
