I can eat pears (try different varieties - I love red the best), blueberries, dates, raisins, and can also eat raspberries if I take Prelief & eat them as part of a meal (so they're diluted.) Have been a big chicken & afraid to try anything else...

Wanted to add that you can eat coconut without preservatives (most likely found in a health foods store.) This is very good for things like desserts. :-)
Oh goodie, goth mimes. The best of both worlds. They pretend they're trapped in a box and then whine about how cruel and unfair it is.

I get away with fuji apples, prefer bosc pears, can have blueberries and blackberries. I can also eat a small ripe banana occasionally, but I suggest if you try that, you eat only a bite the first time.

I can eat more fruit than most I suspect. I can eat apples, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, and a bit of low acid orange juice. The nutrition from fruit is so important, I just hate to give it all up. I take medicine though......I may have more reactions without that.......
I love fresh pears. I like canned pears too, but I don't seem to remember to use them, they get pushed to the back of the cupboard! :-)

Oh yeah! Coconut without preservatives--mmm. Make sure the package does not say "metabisulfite". "Metabisulfite"=horrid flare.
Hope you find some things you like

I decided to try a banana the other day and wolfed down the whole thing. Big mistake. The next night I was awake with pain most of the night. Until recently, I believed that food didn't affect me that much, now that I'm not in constant pain all the time, I can see that it does.

Pears and bananas. Berries if no later than lunch so they are well out of my system before bedtime.

I have been a bit of a chicken in this department, but I have branched out from just pears, and discovered raspberries with a Prelief preventitive have been ok! I buy the frozen ones, sugar them up, and get them good and syrupy and then they go on whatever I can figure out to put them on!! Good thing the cats are quick....LOL
