    Embarrased

Thanks to all who responded to my "Pregnancy Troubles".
I have another question that is somewhat embarrasing but I feel that you
guys can prob relate. As you know I am pregnant and I cant hold my pee for no longer than 30 minutes at a time. Well, I plan to walk at my graduation in Dec and I am so nervous bc I know that the ceremony will last atleast an hour to an hour and half. I was thinking about wearing Depends
Isnt that hilarious!!! Graduating from college wearing depends!!! Didnt think I would need those for another 40 years!! Anyhow, what do you guys think?
I have waited 4 long years for this moment and I want to walk so bad. I am even traveling 4 hours to Norfolk to do this. (I took my classes through teletechnet). My husbands is used to seeing me pee in a cup going down the road but I certainly cant do that at graduation.
    What an embarrasing problem!!!

    Go for it!!!

This is a time to be celebrated! :woohoo:

Even IC while pregnant and a little urgency can't change what you have accomplished!!!

Don't be embarrased and only this "family" will know and we're not telling.

So, I hope you will just do what it takes, be comfy and tell hubby not to forget that camera.

I think the Depends are an excellent idea! You may not need them at all, but you'll have a more secure feeling wearing them for that short time. You definitely deserve to participate in your own graduation.

    Warm encouraging hugs,

Congratulations on achieving your accomplishment!!!!!!! Don't let IC take any of your pride anyway. It is just a nasty disease. It doesn't represent you as a person. Way to gooooooo!

    Try them out beforehand

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! I would definitely wear the Depends and walk down the aisle with a big grin on your face! Graduating from college is a huge success and you deserve to enjoy the day.

I would, however, try wearing the Depends around the house for a day and going in them just to make sure they work like you expect them to. I've never tried them, but would advise a "test day" just to make sure.

Good luck and give yourself a big pat on the back!

Congratulations on your graduation! Walk with your head held high for your accomplishment and rest easy knowing the only people who will know is you and your hubby. Enjoy your moment and your day. It's your day to shine, do not allow anything to get in the way! Where there is a will, there is a way! I do agree that you should have a test day to make sure it works for you. Good luck!!!

Nothing wrong with incontenant pads or pants. I have had to use them for 6 years now and I am only just 30. Believe me, you actually feel a lot more confident with them on. Im badly incontenant....apparently it has to do with the pain and the ulcerations.

Congratulations on graduating and good luck with your pregnancy.
