    Pyridium Cleaning Question

I have kind of an odd question and couldn't figure out where to post it. I think this board is probably closest.

Pyridium doesn't work for my "normal" IC symptoms, but it really helped make my recent DMSO treatments more bearable. I also had an infection in the middle of the treatments that Pyridium helps with.

Here's my problem. The Pyridium orange color seems to be stained on the bottom of my toilet seat. Just little spots, but they are annoying me. I keep cleaning them with bleach wipes and it's not working. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and found a solution. It's sort of an embarrassing question...

You might try vinegar. I don't know if it will work on the seat, but it does work in the toilet stool.

I put bleach n water on a washcloth and laid it on the rim, then put the seat on it, then the lid down too, let it sit for a while then rinse. It helped a bit.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will experiment and see. I knew I couldn't be the only person who has ever encountered this!
