I have heard that cornsilk tablets help with pain. Has anyone tried these tablets?

I use cornsilk tablets once or twice a day. They are simply the "silk" from the corn husks in capsule form. Some people boil the husks and drink it as tea. I've been using them for about 5 weeks now. I don't know if they help, but they haven't hurt!! I take them along with elmiron, atarax and celebrex. It is supposed to have soothing properties and also a mild diuretic, but I have not noticed any frequency or extra trips to the bathroom while using the cornsilk. Hope this helps, liz
