The simplest of things helps me feel better, going home to my own bed is always on the top of the list and of course a stuffed animal that ive had since i was 4... :woohoo: Not to mention the good old heating pad

the simplist that make me feel better are......
1) my beautiful daughter, that is so understanding, and is too mature for her 16 years.....

2) My friend Leslie who is always there for me who understands me, and knows exactly how I feel....

3) my heating pad too....

4) having my 3 dogs home with me all day... they always know when I am hurting.... and never complain that I didn't do this or that..... lol....

5) for having these boards to come to, so I know I am not alone in any of this.....

For me it's a very supportive husband, caring family, and if I'm flaring --- a good book, a movie on TV, my reclining chair, and a snuggly dal*****n.

It s funny how we all have a furry friend to help us out. Mine are 2 huge Golden retrievers and a nerotic Brittany Spaniel who when I am sick is at my side until I am up and moving. My telephone, thank god for one price unlimited long distance calling,I spend more time with brat on the phone then I do anything when I am down and out. Thanks to you Cindy, you also get me through alot just by listening and letting me get it all out. Also, my 3 children who at times are the reason for a flare with there nit picking, but also keep me going because who else is gonna take care of them besides mom.

I have my fuzzy big baby Paddington, who's my Maine Coon cat. He's with me a lot when I'm sick... he lays with me in bed, he sits beside me in the bathroom if I'm vomiting, occasionally putting his paw on me to comfort me. I also have my wonderful husband, my favorite blankets and pillows, & some really good friends I met through these boards!! :) :)

Things that make me feel better: My understanding husband, praying, a hot pack or heating pad, an epsom salt bath, extra sleep, and my adorable little furbaby, Tootsie, my chocolate and tan dachshund. She is a little love machine and my faithful companion while dh is stationed in Korea. I wouldn't trade her for a million dollars!

Things that make me feel better, a hot bath, heating pad, gel icepack, my 14 yr old cocker spaniel Romeo, my daughter who has me put her kisses in my pocket for later, my hubby who tries to offer everything under the sun when I feel awful (awwwwww!), relaxation cd's, cornsilk tea here and there, the support from here, and keeping myself preoccupied when I can.

I think one of the best things to make me feel better is to get outside, even for a short time, into God's great creation and seek out nature.
