I used to take Urimax almost every day some times up to 4 pills as limited to. I have slowly stopped using it as I was feeling better for a very long time. For a few months I only took it at night and about 4 weeks ago I stopped it completly....... I have been trying to do things naturally working with a holistic Dr so it seemed ideal to stop this drug since it seemed like I didn't need it any more..... well Its been 8 days in a flare currently, its not as bad but its annoying none the less. Worse at night. I am back on vicoden so I can sleep at night pain free (or some what only getting up 2 times to pee) and I just started to take urimax again today.
I was courious about how long I can take urimax as I was never told about pryruidium can only be taken for a few days (I asked for a RX of it after my urin test came back with only blood no bacteria on monday) and the Dr said NO, take the urised or urimax.
This is what I found on the internet today on the urimax website.....

Could that be why I was flare free for 6+ months while on it?
I actually have the kit to mail to Dr F on Monday to check for bacteria as I was courious about his theroy on IC and Wonder if I may fall into his caterogry?? I took levaquin for 5 days (just stopped on Thursday) as a precaution just in case this last flare was bacterial~ . wow maybe I found my thing? I am going to take 2 more pills tonight in hopes I wake pain free!!!!!
Maybe I am on to something?
