I rarely get yeast infections but have begun to itch all around my vagina the last 2 days. I have been on antibiotics for a Uti/Kidney infection since Wednesday and now I have this crappy stuff. :yikes: I guess I will need to see my gyno on Monday. I am sooooooooooo tired of going to doctors. IC, broken ankle , UTI/Kidney Infection and now a yeast infection! I don,t know how much more I can take. I used to be so healthy but the last two years have been a living hell. My body is falling apart at age 33.

(((hugs))) I am glad you are seeing a doctor! In the mean time AZO makes a yeast homopathic treatment I like, yogurt, and acidopholus....good luck on getting better. I hope everything feels better and doctor trips end for you soon.

I am sorry what a combo. I had that happen twice. Both times were weekends always just my luck... Now I ask for the yeast pill whenever I have to take a antibiotic. That way I have it if I need it.
Hope your feeling better soon,
Huggs,
Kelly

Make sure you get treatment for the yeast infection. It's a short trip to the bladder... I didn't know that a bladder yeast infection can hurt as much as the UTI and found out the hard way. Then creams or natural remedies were out of the question. I know in Canada yeast treatments/creams are almost all OTC. I have heard better things about the Yogurt/acidopholus treatments too and some women who have chronic yeast infections swear by them. When you go to your gyn see if he will give you refills so you can catch next time before it becomes a pain...

Definitely get that yeast treated... I too have had one climb up into my bladder and that certainly was not fun. I always ask for a script for Diflucan whenever I'm on antibiotics for something so that if I feel the itchy beginnings of yeast I can pop one right away before things get out of control. Actually, my doc usually gives me a script for like 10 Diflucan at once so I always have it around the house in case.... I hate most of the creams because they are messy and I think they aggravate my IC, so I do the Diflucan thing.
