Hi, I am a newbie from Australia

Hi, I was diagnosed with IC when I was 18...I live in Melbourne, Australia and for some strange reason, to this day my hospital hasnt treated anyone younger than me with IC yet...so I am finding that most support and treatment options are for those older and with a less active lifestyle that are pretty much not an option for me...
This site has been fantastic as it has shown me that my thoughts and the lifestyle changes that I have made (voluntarily and involuntarily) are actually quite normal for someone with IC....
The only slight problem though is that the treatments available in USA are not always available in Australia which I am finding quite frustrating....

So, I'm very keen to talk to anyone from australia, but definately anyone else who can offer advice on how to treat IC naturally...

I recommend http://www.ic-network.com/shop/ trying some of the natural treatments available in the ICN shop shuch as Algonot, CystaQ, Desert Harvest Aloe Vera....or others.

There are also many other natural means at the post...and in the attachments on page 2 of this post.
