View Full Version : Can you die from being tired?

I am still feeling woren out. I wake up and feel like I have not slept at all. I can't stand being this tired. My leg muscles hurt, my back hurts, my forearms, ect. I just went to get adjusted this week. I am so tired I do not want to eat. I can barely watch my son at times. I have tried a Xanax at bed, no help. I have been to the doc (i have posted on same topic a few days ago.) Thyroid is normal (I take meds for it) Went to another doc, and she is sending me for some blood work. Might be fibro, but needs to rule out other stuff. I really don't like waiting to find out if I have lupus. I don't think I have any of the signs. But you never know, she is supposed to know more then me. Do any of you with fibro have sore hands? The joints do not hurt, I can press on them, bu my hands hurt. How strange is that? I would appreciate any insight some of you might have. Is there anything to help with the tiredness?

Hang in there. It won't be long before you have some answers about the results of your blood work. You sound like I did when I had a potassium deficiency --- weak, tired, achy. It can be difficult to get enough potassium, calcium, and magnesium with IC since so many of the foods rich in these nutrients are bladder irritants.
Sending warm healing thoughts,

I am glad you are looking into fibro...sounds like what I read about it. I live my life very tired.....keep food right by the bed everyday....and force myself to eat it....Sometimes once I force myself to get moving it gets easier...until I seizure... but you shouldn't have that problem. I hope you find out what is wrong and can get better very soon.
