acid free vinegar

Has anyone heard of acid free vinegar? I'm looking for some. Or if you could tell me how to make it acid free. Any help would be appreciated.

Vinegar is very acid --- it doesn't come any other way. Are you wanting to use it in a recipe?

Yes I am wanting to use it in a recipe. Will cooking it make it less acidic?
