Do you take Prelief all the time?

After reading about it, I am going to try some. I have had much success after removing most offensive foods from my diet. I was just wondering if it would help still since I've gotten better since removing the foods and do you take it with every meal regardless? I also read you can take it at bedtime, does that help too?

I'm happy to hear you've had success with your IC from removing 'bad' foods from your diet. My experience has been much the same. (lucky us!)

I always carry Prelief with me, but the only times I use it is when I find myself in the position of eating something that might cause problems. If I'm unsure of what ingredients went into a dish, like when eating at a restaurant or someone's home. My motto is better safe than sorry! Of course, then there's always those times when I just want to be bad, and order Sweet & Sour Chinese!

I use it all the time - with all meals and meds. I tend to have mild reactions from food and only avoid a few certain trigger foods. I believe much of my success has come from taking the prelief. I hope it helps you too.

Also, please forgive me if this is not allowed...but the lowest online price I found was at Amazon with free shipping over 25.00. It's 3.29 for bottle of 60 and I just wanted to share. Again, I am not trying to steer anyone toward a site, just letting you guys know it seems like a great price.

That is great price daydreamer - thanks for letting us know. I have found it to be cheapest at Meijers ($8.67 for 120ct). Recently, I discoverd that the pharmacy at Sam's Club could order the 120 ct for me - it was $7 something for the 120ct - I usually buy 4-5 bottles at a time - and since it appears to be cheaper on Amazon.com - I might try that next.

Costco will special order it for you. I get 120 tablets for $7.37. I use it with every meal when I am in a flare.

Hi!

I just wanted to jump in and mention that our recommended dosage for Prelief is to take at least 2 tablets with each meal; if it is a very acidic meal, you might want to take 4 tablets. If desired, you can also take 2 tablets at bedtime, which many IC patients have have found to be helpful.

I take Prelief everytime before I eat. I take 2 if I'm eating something that is ok. Just to be on the safe side. If I eat something with a lot of acid then I'll take more. I really like Prelief a lot. I carry it in my purse all the time now. I don't think I'll ever be able to live without it. Lets hope they don't stop making Prelief. We'll all be in trouble. Chelsey
