Flexeril

Does anyone have experience with flexeril for PDF? Do you take it daily or just when needed.

I don't take it for PDF, but I do for the IC and to relax so I can get some sleep. It really helps me during a bad flare.

It's very strong so I don't think you're supposed to take it daily.

Flexeril has never done much for me, so I take valium. Not a good drug if you don't have to take it because the half life of it is forever. But is has helped my PFD. However, I also had alot of therapy and have continued the treatments since they stopped. (Um, the ones I can do from exercises outside :rolleyes: )
