Hi everyone! It has been almost a month since I've been on the boards. I am so happy to say that we are in our new home and my bladder has been doing great!

We've had A LOT of work to do. So far we have painted, carpeted, rebuilt walls, sealed a crack in the foundation, re-landscaped and a variety of other little things.

Tomorrow we are finally getting carpet in our living room!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: Then this weekend we can finally bring in the rest of our stuff from the garage!

Amazingly, my bladder has not been bothering me during this whole working like crazy process. There have been one or two nights that it was a bit achy, but not bad. That is God's grace!!

Well, its good to be back and read all your posts again. I do have one question, I have joined the local fitness center. Does anyone have any advice about exercise???? I would appreciate the input.

Thanks!

Cari

I'm so glad the move went smoothly.

I suggest you stick to low impact exercise. Exercises that involve jumping or other jerky movements can be an irritant.

Hugs,
Donna

Ooh, getting new carpet is FUN!!!! :)

Glad your bladder has been nice to you, too. I used to do the elliptical trainer --- it is very low impact, nearly no impact, and it is a good, hard workout.
