Urine test & cultures?

Where is the best place to get a urine culture/test? What's the difference with a "broth culture"? Still trying to figure out if I have UTIs or IC?! I keep hearing/reading stories that these lab testing clinics may not really do "quality" testing on urine samples and that my best bet is to get my urine sent to a hospital?
What's your experience out there?! What should I ask for?

Hey again Hipster! Are you seeing a Urologist? They should know where to send it! If not, I would think maybe a lab??? confused.gif I don't know for sure.
