I was doing some reading today at www.ichelp.org which is the IC Association. Dr. Evans (my uro.) is on the board, so of course I'm always reading anything I can find on him. Well....today I clicked on Audio Presentations and 1/2 way down the page is a 4-part segment of information Dr. Evans presented to the IC Forum in Hershey, PA in 1999. I know this seems like a long time ago, but I found it informative. I shared it w/ my hubby and he learned alot. Below his is a section (I haven't listened to yet) presented by a therapist that specializes in chronic pain and chronic illnesses. Thought I'd share in case any of you want to check it out too.
