I have a job! (sort of)

After my abrupt layoff on July 1, I wondered how long it would take to find another job. Today I accepted a contingent job offer at a good company with nice health insurance benefits (I have my priorities!). I have to pass a drug test (should be interesting to tell them about all my meds) & that sort of thing before it's final. The commute will be awful, but I'll just have to deal with it. I feel like everything is working out okay.
