Is it normal for me to be having lil chunks of blood in my urine when i pee? I have just noticed this today and it is stressing me out! :toilet: :dizzy:

I would give your doctor a call and let them know... It should be checked.. Try not to stress ..

I do know other ICers that have visual blood in their urine....but you should definatly talk to your doc if it is new for you. In the mean time....don't stress....it may not be common but there are others...don't stress. I know how blood can be scary to see.....sending cyber hugs :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

Blood in the urine can be from IC, but it can also be a sign of infection. I agree that you need to see your doctor.

I for one has had very visable blood in my urine for years. I'm talking from bright pink looking to dark reddish brown urine. I also had a bladder neck obstruction that caused all the blood also as well as the IC. Surgery has corrected that obstruction so I'm not seeing as much blood anymore. I agree with everyone call your Dr. to discuss this with him/her. Hope you feel better real soon!
