I'm looking for options to try. Motrin is really one of the few things that gives me good relief. It can carry me through the day time, but need something more at night. The down side is motrin makes me swell something horrible. I carry about 7 lbs. more when on it and drop it about 1-2 weeks after going off, but can't get off since I'm so dependent on it for pain control. Wasn't able to tolerate EPO, MRT tea, magnesium, aloe vera, quercetin, bromide, chrondroitin was the worst in my case, I do take N-acetyl glucosamine already, no to serraptase. I know there were others I can't remember. What else is out there? I picked up some Pau D'Arco tea I read about yesterday but haven't tried it yet. What about milk thistle?

Have you heard of Boswellia? I was taking that for awhile and thought it might be giving me some relief. I want to try Marshmallow Root and Pau D'Arco teas. I've heard they are helpful. You can also search in your Internet browser for "alternative medicine antiinflammatory".

Milk thistle is also listed as an anti-inflammatory but not sure if that would relate to bladder too.
