I have just begun to figure out that I have my worst flares right around the time i would ovulate. I used to be on the pill and when i was on the pill it seemed like i didn't have much pain just awful frequency. now that i'm off the pill, i have started to have more pain. has this happened to anyone else?

Hormonal changes do seem to affect a lot of us with IC. Maybe the change in hormones after you went off the pill doesn't agree with your bladder????

I have had that problem in the past...some people go on the pill to keep there hormones steady and it helps some of them. Sorry you have this problem...I know it can be a big one!
