Tell me what you guys think about this? I filied for SSD in Nov 2002. I now have a judge who is looking over my appeals. I sent SS some additonal paperwork couple of weeks ago. Two Dr letters and a little extra stuff. Found out from my Chrio that they have sent him more paperwork to fill out. He had to get it back to them in 10 days. I found this weird. The other Dr was not sent anything to begin with. So I understand them having to fill it out. But my chrio was included on the initial processing. I know the judge is now reviewing it all could this maybe a good thing or bad...I am just not sure about all of this. Would be good if she would rule in my favor without going to court over this. Wish me luck I have been fighting this thing for nearly 2 yrs.

Patricia~I think it sounds like a good thing. At least it shows that they are doing something on your case instead of just sitting on it. I don't know how you have gone thru the stress of this for 2 years.....sending you positive thoughts and many many prayers~

I think it's a good sign if they are asking for more info from any of your docs. Especially if those docs understand and support you. I think the biggest advantage I had in being accepted for disability was my Uro's support. He's the best!

My attorney sent the same paperwork to every DR everytime I seen them, so does disabilty to keep your records updated and have all your information. It isn't a bad thing at all. They are keeping up with your case that is all and the 10 days is the time aloud for the Dr office to get paid for mailing your records. nothing against you if it isn;t mailed in time.
