White Hot Chocolate

I'm trying to find a place to buy white hot chocolate mix. Any suggestions?

No, but I drink Carob flavored Rice Dream (found at Whole Foods) as a substitute for hot chocolate. (No, it's not as good, but it's okay)

I see your in Massachusetts....Im wondering if Trader Joes might have it. They have all sorts of gormet items. Im going later today. I will let you know what I find!!

Otherwise, I might take a recipe for real hot chocolate and just substitute real white chocolate chips for the milk chocolate ones. White chocolate chips, Milk, and whatever else you might need....

Carob is just as acidic as milk chocolate. So for me, I will make a hot chocolate and put almond milk in it to balance out the acidity, and once in awhile, thats a nice treat for me!!
Or, I just buy chocolate flavored almond milk and heat that up.

I have been using instant hot choc. with hot water. It doesn't seem to be to bad on me. It is just so cold outside I like to have a cup late at night when I am on the bords, it helps me relax!! You got to have some joy during the winter months. Just keep a watch on your bladder when you have it. You will KNow!!

Another hot drink idea is:

Hot milk with honey, vanilla extract & cinnamon.

Has anyone tried Ovaltine? I don't know if it has chocolate in it, but it might be good hot/with marshmallows. wink

I recently read a recipe for hot chocolate that just melted dark chocolate candy bar pieces in hot milk. It was very good (I don't have a problem with chocolate). I'm sure the same thing could be done with white chocolate candy.
