Hi Christina,
I've been using the oxytol patch for frequency, urgency, and spasms for a while now. it works pretty well for me.
What kind of bladder problems are you having? Some people develop retention where their bladders don't empty fully with meds like oxytrol. It's always a good idea to call the uro or nurse to talk about worsening symptoms or medication side effects.
Take care,

I did call and they told me to not use it any more because it has my bladder worse. I actually am going to try elmiron (spelling?).

I tried oxytrol after 5 years on dectrol, I couldn't use it well as the patches kept falling off and I was having retention problems

I tried Oxytrol after 2 years on Ditrpoan XL. It's the same drug as in Ditropan XL, so my body didn't have to adjust. But the patch didn't give me enough medicine... ~mel~

I tried Oxytrol and detrol . I had retention problems and found after awhile I got red itchy spots where the patch was.
