Wondering about "Danactive"

Has anyone heard of Danactive? It's a milk drink made by Dannan products. Directions are to drink 3 oz per day. I have been told it helps with IC and VV. :flower:

Does it have some kind of probiotic in it? I know it's a cultured milk. Danactive suppose to strengthen your body defence system. I'm not sure if its good for ic or not. I can drink organic milk with no problem it used to help me when I used to have flares.

I hate to sound so dum, but what's a probiotic? Sorry, I don't know what's in it. A friend was telling me about and just said it was a Dannon product, and hard to find. Her parents sent it to her from Texas. She just started taking it last night so she doesn't know yet if will help her - but she's optimistic.

Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that live in the digestive system. It also help restore the balance of good and bad bacteria.

Oh woman you are not dumb at all. By the way Some probiotics are added to food like yogurt also.

Oh yeah there is some stuff I drink. it's a green powerd super food drink you can mix it with water or juice. I mix mine with water. It has dairy free probioctics, oragnic wheat grass etc. My husband and I love the taste of it.

What's the name of the green drink powder? I used to drink one everyday but now it makes me flare. I can't tolerate all the ingredients but would love to try something new!
