Hi, my name is Rowena. I am 54 years old and have had IC for 8 years. Mine has been classified as end stage with nothing left to do but remove the bladder by one very respectable urologist.
I was afraid of that step and have seen three pain mgt. drs. and one gave me a 2 bottle sample of Algonot. I started out with 2 pills twice daily and I stopped taking Elmiron since I had been on it for three years with not real pain relief or any other kind of relief. I wanted to give the Algonot a chance. So I went whole hog. lol
After three weeks, I could tell my pain level was much relieved and after four weeks I was totally amazed at the releif I had. I still have a very small bladder and do not know if it will ever get any larger, but I am committed to Algonot and hoping it does everyone else who takes it as well as it did me. I've been like this now for about three months and my life is worth living again.
