citric acid

Does anyone know what happens to citric acid when it has been cooked? I am wondering if tomatoes are bad for us, what about tomato sauces and cooked tomatoes?

tomatoes and tomatoe sause are one of the worse things for most of us. Wish that were not true.

Tomatoes send me into to a flare sooooo fast. Anything acidic I have to watch. It is the pits. I can tolerate a little bit if I use Prelief but not much.:(

tomatos?? did someone say tomato's?? I want one LOL:) but my bladder don't.:(
I have gotten by with the homegrown ones with prelief but ONLY HOMEGROWN Tomato.
homegrown tomatos has less acid in them.
but still many icers can't get away with those either so please beware!!
