citric acid

Does anyone know what happens to citric acid when it has been cooked? I am wondering if tomatoes are bad for us, what about tomato sauces and cooked tomatoes?

ooooohhhhhh yea, tomatoes are the ultimate enemy for many icer's cooked or raw it don't make a difference..

Yup, tomato is almost always bad for any ICer's bladder. I had to avoid it like it was battery acid.

In general, the acid stays in a tomoato after it has been cooked. So, I've never had any luck with ANY kind of tomato. Which KILLS me!! I love them. They just don't love me back.
