funny about uant

i called today to get some test results. i almost mispronounced my doc's name AGAIN. the phone girl just laughed and said if the doc doesn't have a funny name, they aren't allowed to work there. lol.

just thought that was interesting. now that i think of it, the 3 uros i've been to at uant all have interesting names. how cool is that?

i should put my maiden name on my papers sometime and see if the doc can pronounce it. i bet he can.

LOL there is alot of people even other doctor that says my doctor name funny. my doctor is wondeful he cares about my feeling too he is a great christan man.
his name is Dr. Kerfoot but other doctor i have seen like my family doctor and even when i went to the pain clinic he called my doctor Carefoot.
I guess that kind of match him because he is very careing.

There is a family doctor in town that is also the person that is in charge of putting you to sleep when you go for surgery (sorry can't think of ther proper title) andhis name is Dr. Butcher!

Speaking of funny doctor names --- the physician who did my hubby's back surgery is an outstanding neurosurgeon --- named Hacker!

MY WONDERFUL urologist is Dr. Dmochowski!
We all just call him Dr. D and that ends the problems
of mispronouncing his name.

i was seeing tchetgen at uant for a while. now i'm seeing niemczyk. i keep saying it and it comes out a bad word. oops! fortunately, he's a really nice guy.

once i got a phone message from dr tchetgen while at work. the secretary took the message, and it read "dr chekland." i had no idea who i was calling back until the operator answered the phone. lol.

I know this thread is really old but I just had to add this. I had jaw surgery a few years ago because my jaw locked permanently in a freak accident. So I had to have surgery so they could break it, unlock it and reset it. (Ouch!) My assisting surgeon's name was Dr. Lock. Go figure! I noticed it when the anesthesia was kicking in and LMAO..I'm sure he didn't think it was that funny! :loco:

LOL oh my goodness guys, I just have to add to this thread; I work for an insurance group and I see hysterical doctor names every day. These are just a few:

Grody
Looney (a shrink, no less)
Harry potter (a pediatrician!! Haha)
Doctor (paging dr doctor....)
Office (he amd the above guy should go into practice together lol)
Dolphin
Pancake
Cranberry
Peed (not a uro though, lmao)
