natural therapies

i know i'm asking lots of questions in this forum; but natural/alternative therapies are what interest me the most.

so my newest question:
does anyone control/deal with their IC totally naturally (ie. without chemical instillations, pharmaceuticals, antihistamines, etc)?

I think Sleepyangel might. Check with her, if she doesn't, she uses natural remedies for alot of her problems.

You can get aloe from healthy life harvest as well. If you are planing on trying the aloe vera caps. please try the aloe vera alone. there is another one called aloe vera coral calcium. The both of them are mixed together. It's best to try aloe vera and coral caps seperate if you want to try them both. The reason why I'm saying this because your bladder maybe to sensative to the mix ones. The aloe vera coral calcium make me have alot of frequency. The aloe vera aloe alone is no problem.
