that makes total sense,
I have panic disorder ,
I have obsessive compulsive disorder,
it makes total sense,
and my boyfriend found an article that
ic may be linked to small adrenal glands
(that don't produce the chemicals to calm
our bodies down!!)
so our bodies are on overdrive all the time,
and the only way to help this is to start
reducing stress with
deep breathing, hobbies and possible exercise,

I have been on algonot for 4-5 months now,
and (knocking on wood and crossing fingers)
I have noticed improvements!!!!
I just have to watch the ic diet still

I have panic disorder and had OCD as a child. My mom's the same way, and also goes to the bathroom even more than I do. I wonder if there's something to this..

I have anxity attacks. My mom go to the bathroom alot also. I was just talking to her a few mins ago. She said she can't sleep because she have to keep getting up going to the bathroom every 30 mins or every hour. She sound so tired.
