cream of wheat

hi Guys
I am sorry, I was jut wondering if anyone knows if cream of wheat is ok for ICers. I just use milk and water. I have lost so much weight with this, and it is catching up to me, I thought maybe I would try and force something soft in. any replies would be nice. Thanks

Hi there. I can eat cream of wheat alright - bladder and IBS wise so it's a friendly food for me but remember that IC is so individualized. Good luck...:thumbsup:

When I'm in remission, it's ok. I think the wheat germ is fermented and can be a problem.

I love cream of wheat! It's a comfort food for me! Unfortunatly, I'm allergic to wheat, and can't eat it anymore!

I hope it's a friendly food for you! It's very comforting to eat.
