This is a book you can order But personally I don't know to much about it but thought some of you may want to look at the site. I added my comments to these sites by just looking threw the web site to make sure they was updated or just new in hopes they would help some of you. I do know how $$ medicine can be just my pain medicine alone without inc would be $280.00. and then i have five more So believe you me I do understand.
