cyclic pain

Hi, My pain comes every 21 days , lasts 7 days, has stayed like this for one year, I get cramps like a period , pain when I urinate. I had a hysterectomy 3 years kept my ovaries. I need to find a hormone specialist, this won't be easy, I live in a small town. I go in next week for a cysctoscopy, my doctor thinks it's I.C. I'd like to here from someone with the same symptoms and is menopausal.

I'm long past menopause, but I do know that hormone fluctuations can effect IC.

I noticed that you live in Oregon --- are you anywhere near Eugene?
