alfalfa

does anyone take alfalfa? does it help? how much do you take? tea/capsule/pill? any brand recommendations?

I heard some good things about alfalfa, Maybe you shoud give it a try and see will it do the trick for you.

Heiwalove, i use it. it works as good as cysta-q and is a lot cheaper. it also is full of vitamins,minerals. i use two daily.it works good. if i could afford it i would use more.but two really helps a lot.

sleepyangel30,that is where i get it. broke most of the time, that is the cheapest place to get it. still waiting on my ssdi.i hope the mmip2 is the last thing i got to do.go 7-9-04. i pray a lot. but it is still going slow. i guess that is the only speed they know.lol :butterfly

blueblondie, Keep on praying don't give up. God will help you through this. It may take some time, but things will get better. I pray that you will get ssdi. If I was really wealthy I sure would help ya. :angel:
