Worst pain ever

I'm in pain! More than I've ever been in. I don't know why. I've taken two vicodin and nothing! The pain meds have not even touched the pain, no relief at all!

Blue, I'm so sorry to hear that, I just said a prayer for you, I hope you will be feeling much better very soon. Just cuddle up on the couch with a book or movie to distract you, and a heating pad or hot water bottle for a little bit of pain relief...

Sorry you're hurting so bad any idea what set you off? Try not and stress (that is so repettitive). It's hard not to even though we know it will make the pain worse. I really hope it will end soon and you feel better soon. Take care - Chris

Since you just had a hydrodistention, you really should be checked for infection. I have found that with IC, it's not always easy to tell the difference between a flare and a UTI --- can you see your doctor today?

Blue, I am so very sorry to hear that you are in such terrible pain. Boy, there is just nothing worse than being in pain, but not getting relief from our pain meds. I'm so sorry for your pain:( I really hope you feel better. ust relax & watch a movie. That's what I do all day, every day. Take a nice hot bath. I would write more but I got a big, fat black cat on my lap who won't let me write:cat: But I really hope you feel better, soon.:kiss:

Everyone, thank you so much.

I just came to work, and read all of your posts.

You know, I never even thought of a uti. It's possible, I keep forgetting to take my antibiotics! Oh, I'm such an idiot!

I went home, after work this morning and went to bed. I'm still hurting. My doctor performs surgery on Fridays, so I won't be able to get in. I'll call the nurse when I get off work, maybe they can do the test.
