Hi,
Just thought I would give some hope to the newly diagnosed. I've been on elmiron for two months only side effects were queasy stomach the first few days , bloating that has not decreased and thinning of my hair. I was told that it may take 3 to 6 months to know if it was working. I had to go off it last tues because I'm having surgery Friday morning and now I know for sure that the elmiron was helping. The urgency and frequency have returned with a vengence my pain has gone from a 3 to 5 on the scale. I can't wait to go back on it. So now I have hope that with time and the repairs that I'm having done Friday I may once again have my life back. Just wanted to share.
