i've been trying to figure out what i can eat and can't eat now. since doing the instills, i feel a lot better, and my frequency is way down. so i've been gradually adding things into my diet.

last week was louisiana hot sauce. not a good idea. lol. so it's still on my VERY BAD list.

this week was sourdough bread. it's approved so far. no final word yet until friday.

i really miss the hot sauce though. beans just aren't the same. :(
