View Full Version : Grateful my flare seems to be lessening

I feel grateful that my pain is less intense than it was, I've been drinking so much water I have to pee every ten minutes with a full bladder (well, 1/2 a cup which is as full as mine can get) and I think it might be helping. Plus I am gobbling a couple of Prelief tablets with every other glass of water so I took...about twenty of them today I think.

I feel grateful for the beautiful birds that come to eat the seeds I put out on our balcony. Blue Jays, Mourning Doves, Cardinals, all sorts of more plain birds, and most exciting of all, a Red-Bellied Woodpecker that appears now and then and often announces his presence by "rat-a-tatting" on our roof.

I feel grateful for my kitties who enjoy watching the birds as much as I do (kitty-TV).

I feel grateful that I might have a chance to be more comfortable during future flares, if the pain management clinic is able to help me via nerve blocks, meds, what have you.

I feel grateful for whoever invented the hot water bottle.

I feel grateful for this site, it's the only place that saves my sanity when I am hurting.

Blessings, Lori

So glad to hear you are getting better slowly.
And I hope the pain clinic angle works out for you!
