I'm sorry i havent tried it but hopefully someone will come by who has to help you out soon.
I have heard of other ladies trying it but don't remember if it helped or not.

I have been trying herbs for my symptoms....not necessarily chineese though. Wish I new someone who was sorry.

I have found catnip is helping me sleep...which insomnia is sometimes my biggest problem.

I posted before a way to do your own accupuncture therapy ....you could try that first if you are nervous about seeing someone.

If your IC problem doesn't include pain this may not help you....but it could give you an idea if seeing a specialist will help you if it is.
