For those that have tried quercetin...

Has it made anyone flare? Just wondering. I'd like to try it, but I'm trying to figure out if I should take it now, or wait until I get back from a trip to Chicago. THanks.

It helps a great number of people. The people I have heard of who flared, were using a brand that had Vitamin C in it and was acidic and that's why they flared. If you use the brand on this site it should not cause a flare. Plus I think they have a special deal where if you mention the ICN you get some free, I can't remember the details now.

It's well worth trying, it's helped a fair percentage of IC'ers. Nothing unfortunately seems to help 100% of us.
