Has anyone tried these? My pain Md gave me a rescription today, it feels great I can not feel any pain in my bladder, pelvic region (not working as well on my back though). If you have used them what are your instructions i use one patch cut in 2 one for front and one for the back but i am supposed to do it 2x aday? The package said only for 12 hours then 12 hours off? I will call my md tomorow for clarification, but anyone else using it? Heard of it?

I haven't heard of these patches, but I will surely ask my doctor on when I go on Thursday. Anything that can lessen the pain has got to be a plus in my book. Right now my stupid doctor will not prescribe me anything for pain except Urimax and they only make me burn worse and become constipated. Thanks for writing in about the patch. Any kind of new information that we pick up on the websight is a good thing.
Thanks and I hope you continue to feel good.

I've used the patches for leg pain. They didn't really help me. I believe you can't use them for more than 12 hours a day, and the next day, you can use them again.

I use the patches. You do leave it on for 12 hours and then 12 hours off. I have never figured out where to put it for the bladder but if you have abdomonal pain with IC or back pain with IC it helps a lot in those areas.
Even though you can cut them in half I find it works better if I use the whole thing.

The pain managment md lets me use half a patch on my lower back (base of the spine) and half a patch where it hurts most under the belly button and above Pubic area (sorry to be so blunt) it works really well and since I only use half a patch per area she is oking me to use it 24 hours right now, I do move the patches a little so it is not in the exact spot because of the adhesive. this has been a mirical for me, today I started taking oxybutynin (sub for ditropan), I am supposed to take it 3x a day(instead of Valium). So far so good, little pain in the morning none in the afternoon and a little tonight-I cleaned my whole house and cooked dinner!!!!!
This is my favorite tretment so far, hope it works for someone else out there!
