I recently sent a request for a free sample of the Bodi Heat Adhesive Heating Pad. I use the Therma Care pads a lot, but had read (here) that these were cheaper and that they last longer, so I thought I would try them.

I've not used my sample yet, (but I'm sure I will, I always seem to have a little flare up around what would've been my cycle date) and it really helps to have that heat to my abdomen.

I'm a little confused because it states not to put the pad against your skin? I thought they would be like the Therma Care ones, that you stick to your undergaments?

Could someone steer me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Stick Bodiheats to outside of tummy part of underwear, Thermacare to inside of tummy part of underwear!

OOOPS!~ When I used my sample, I stuck the sticky part to the inside of my panties with the other side facing my tummy.

I admit, it was hotter than the Therma Care that stick to your panties, but not better than the Therma Care heat wraps that wrap around your body. I swear by them! I wish they were available by prescription, so that insurance would pay for it!

I always put them on the inside of my panties and I have not had any problems with them. I use them all the time.

I didn't even see that is said not to put against your skin. I thought they were the same as the Thermacare. I will keep using them the same way because that is what helps!:D

here's how to get one

I would send a business size envelope:

If you'd like to try one out, just send a self addressed stamped envelope with 3 first class stamps to: IC Network Orders Dept., 5796 Dry Creek Rd., Healdsburg, CA 95448. Please note that these pads should not be placed directly on skin!
