How about the rest of you? One thing that keeps me going these days is my pedometer! I push myself to do more that I would have. Mostly 10,000 steps a day, this past week I lost some time due to a flare, but today I am over 8000......catching back up.
I am ADDICTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My pedometer doesn't show the steps counted --- it tells me how far I have walked. It seems to be pretty accurate. I keep forgetting to put it on.

I've got one too, and I am addicted to it! The first day I went 12,000 steps, I was so shocked! I haven't been feeling that well the past couple of days so I haven't walked as much, but I hope to get back to 12,000 steps again soon!

LOL......Donna..........I was just thinking........it used to be all I had to remember were my purse, sunglasses and keys.........
Now it is purse, sunglasses, reading glasses, keys, cell phone and my pedometer...............LOL..........the little pile by my purse gets larger each year! :-)
I got my current pedometer from Accusplit.com These models have been used in various research studies and are guaranteed for 5 years. The best thing about this one is that it has a "leash." Good thing because the last two popped off my pockets so often they broke. Maybe that is the key to the 5 year guarantee! :-)
I just began with my pedometer. One week and I love it too. But really, it is just a matter of time before the darn thing falls into the toilet! :bonk:
